macOS 10.14
Running on "Mojave" - Updated
The latest iteration of Apple’s operating system has been available for some weeks now. We have been testing Stagehand Live 2 running on 10.14 “Mojave” extensively. Unfortunately we found several issues with the stability of the program.
Right now we recommend not to upgrade to 10.14 “Mojave”. For using Stagehand Live up to version 2.0.6 in a production environment, please stick to 10.12 “Sierra” or 10.13 “High Sierra”.
The majority of issues is caused by corruption and freezes of the graphics driver that are beyond our control. We are working hard on finding alternative solutions for these to make Stagehand Live 2 on “Mojave” as stable and reliable as it is on the previous versions. The goal is to have the update available by the end of this month. I appreciate your patience.
Update as of December 3rd 2018
We completed version 2.1 by now which will officially support 10.14 “Mojave”. It is currently undergoing final testing and should be available soon. We prepared a christmas offer to go with the update, so stay tuned!
Update as of December 6th 2018
Version 2.1 is now available on the Mac App Store for download. We recommend everybody to upgrade. The new version does not only add support for 10.14 “Mojave” but offers a lot of other improvements as well. See the release announcement for further details.
